Radio-collared wolf migrates to Belarus
At the beginning of March, a one year old wolf was radiocollared in Lausitz to do research on the migration of young wolved. Already bij the end of April this radio-collared young wolf, named 'Alan', left the territory of his parents. He spend 3 weeks in june in one area in the eastern part of Poland, near the Biebrza marshes but left and crossed the EU border at the end of June. He currently resides in Belarus after a journey of over 1000 km.
