Rabobank Netherlands were looking for a partner for cleaning their office buildings, a partner with a shared vision in respect of so-called "hostmanship" who can also provide a good framework for this. Rabobank defines "hostmanship" as follows: that staff and visitors truly feel that they are welcome. This “hostmanship” is strongly linked to “The New Way of Working”. EW Facility Services was awarded the tender and has been “the cleaning company” for the Rabobank Netherlands since the start of 2010. In addition to our shared vision, our involvement in the end result from Board level was an important motive for Rabobank to team up with us.

As one of our most progressive clients in facility perception concepts in the office segment, our service provision for Rabobank Netherlands constantly serves to actively give substance to a result-orientated framework for “hostmanship”. Qualitative growth through new ideas is an important part of this. As is transparent and open cooperation. However, the technical quality of the cleaning continues to play a key role.
