Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is more than an environmentally sound approach to work and being considerate to staff. It also requires a clear focus on the investments a business can make to benefit the advancement of society as a whole.
For example, EW Facility Services is an ambassador of the Barcode For Life Foundation. From this ambassadorship we are the main sponsor of the Stelvio for Life event. An annual walking- and cyclingevent in Italy that raises money for personalized cancer research. We also support the charity foundation "Living With Cancer."
Regarding sponsorship of events we preferably commit to events that connect to sportsmanship. Such as Alpe d'HuZes Foundation Charity and Sport and the relay race from Paris to Rotterdam Foundation Roparun. In addition, initiatives based on actual emergencies can make a claim on our financial support.
