Hotel Okura Amsterdam

The renowned Hotel Okura Amsterdam was added to the EW Facility Services client portfolio in 1999. This luxury international five-star hotel is a hotel with exceptionally high standards. With 23 storeys, 301 hotel rooms, 2700m2 of conference rooms, four restaurants, including one with two Michelin stars (Ciel Bleu) and two with one Michelin star (Yamazato and Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka), achieving the required level of service provision on a daily basis is certainly a significant challenge, as the required level is exceptionally high. Since the opening of the first Hotel Okura in Tokyo in 1962, the basic philosophy of Okura Hotels & Resorts has been to make every effort to provide the “Best Accommodation”, “Best Cuisine” and “Best Service”.

We are therefore extremely proud of our collaboration with Hotel Okura Amsterdam, where our eye for detail and our customer focus form the cornerstones of our service provision. And we are also proud that our experience in the Hotel Okura played an essential role in the development of The Way We Work.
