Contracting EW Facility Services was the Koninklijk Concertgebouw's decision to transition from taking care of their cleaning services themselves to the total outsourcing of them. The basis is a results based contract in contrast to their own staff who had effort based contacts. We launched our cleaning services for the office spaces, auditoriums, conductors' rooms and foyers after events at the beginning of 2014.
The desire to fully focus on its core business was the driving force behind the Koninklijk Concertgebouw's desire to launch a tender. Using one professional party for all services leads to benefits resulting from synergy. Achieving great quality at lower costs without increasing pressure on our staff. The fact we have an OSB quality mark, and that we have proven ourselves great employers and entrepreneurs, was really important to the Concertgebouw.
We are proud of our collaboration with the Koninklijk Concertgebouw which was opened in 1888. Its location and concerts draw in audiences for an unforgettable experience.
